Returns & Exchanges

At China Watch Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 2.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, including all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films, then pack it into a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a trackable carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
