Type 54 (in Chinese: 五四式) refers to the Chinese Type 54 Pistol that was made in 1954. The pistol uses 7.62x25 mm bullet.

At 6 o'clock on the watch dial, you can see the bottom part of a "bullet casing", as if the bullet was shot in the watch dial. And on top of that engraves "7.62x25 mm" and "1954". The Star Shield on the case back symbolizes the Chinese military spirit.
