This model features an enamel dial in Chinese Loong pattern. The silver-based enamel dial was done by Mr. Xiong Songtao (熊松涛), a third generation enameller of the Xiong family. While the seconds hand is running, the red orb on the shorter end moves by the Loong's mouth, as if the Loong spits out the red orb, and in Chinese culture, this means precious and pure, passionate and tenacious in heart. On the case back, the Chinese characters are: 北京 (Beijing), 龙门石窟石刻 (Stone carving at Longmen Grottoes), and 开张天岸马，奇逸人中龙, which basically means: The majestic and broad scene reveals the horse that jumped to the sky cliff, and hero among ordinary people are found in unpredicatable occations.
