This model is an iteration of the Bearly Antarctic watch Gen. II. It tells you that in a beef hot pot, how long each ingredient needs to be boiled.
0~5 sec. position: 脖仁 - beef neck (recommend 5-8 seconds for 1-2 mm thin slices in boiling soup)
5~10 sec. position: 匙柄 - beef shoulder clod (recom. 8-10 sec.)
10~15 sec. position: 吊龙 - hanging tender (recom. 8-10 sec.)
15~20 sec. position: 嫩肉 - tender beef slices (recom. 10 sec.)
20~25 sec. position: 毛肚 - beef tripe (recom. 9-20 sec.)
