This model commemorates the soilders of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army during the Korean War. On the watch dial, the curved line from 8 o'clock to 2:30 symbolizes the "border" between North Korea and South Korea, and the red dot near center of the dial marks the Shangganling Mountain or the Triangle Hill, where a protracted military engagement during the Korean War was occured.

At 6 o'clock writes "1950-2020" and "NL 38°", which is the coordiantes of the 38th Parallel. Under 12 o'clock writes 中國海鷗 (China Sea-Gull), and by 6 o'clocl writes 中國製造 (China Made), on the left side of the case engraves 陸軍 1 號 (Army No.1). On the watch band stitches a badge for 中國人民志願軍 (China People's Volunteer Army)
